A working prototype on a low-code front end and Supabase triggers had access-control gaps: staff roles could see admin pages the API then refused. The business needed a typed, auditable system it could trust with orders and money.

• Re-platformed backend. I reconstructed the database semantics from the prototype and rebuilt them as a NestJS API with typed contracts, a global JWT guard and a documented role matrix.
• Two price lists. Retail pricing, and trade pricing unlocked by installer verification, with a cost-floor guard and director-only overrides.
• Order to handover, and investors. Orders, invoices, part-payment receipts and serial-number handover, plus import cycles with term sheets and profit distributions in an investor portal.

• AI radiologist edge device. An on-prem platform on an NVIDIA Blackwell device: ML models, application services and the database all run on the device.
• Data stays on site. Only model metrics, performance data and logs are collected, so support works without access to patient data.
• Cloud parity. Built after the cloud platform to reproduce the same user experience on-prem, with DICOM, DICOMweb and HL7 FHIR support.
